Spicy Salmon Roll

Signature dish of Daya Izakaya. Baked salmon, mashed and mixed with egg, onion, carrots, pepper, mayo and salt to taste. Topped with mintaiyako and torched lightly to perfection for a smokey flavor. Finished with fish roe on each slice and a sprinkle of crunchy tempura crumbs.
